Costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. If a package is refused or not picked up at a service point, this also incurs return costs which will be deducted from the total refund. These return costs vary by country, so make sure to accept or pick up your package neatly at a post office/service point.

The product must be returned in the original packaging and must not be opened or show any signs of use. If the product does not meet these conditions, we cannot accept the return shipment. Nail cosmetics are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.

If a delivered item is somehow not in order, you have received the wrong item, or you have received an incomplete delivery, please contact us immediately.

Once your return has arrived with us, we carefully check each item and return form, and you can expect the refund within 14 working days.
