We ship all orders from a fulfillment center in China. We have deliberately chosen this because from there we can serve our global customers faster. In addition, this is better for the environment because much less transportation is involved. You can read more about this at the top of this page.
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase in our webshop. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it under the following conditions:
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The product should be placed in the original packaging to be returned must not be opened and no signs of use contain.
For hygiene reasons, nail cosmetics are not suitable for return if the seal is broken after delivery. If you have unopened items from, for example, a starter set, this will be settled pro rata. Please contact us for this info@glamnailsprofessional.nl.
