Orders are processed and shipped every working day between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Orders are collected by the carrier every working day after 5:00 PM. Shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium are delivered to your home the next day on average in more than 93% of cases.

Are the shipping costs free?

Will I receive an order confirmation email?
Yes, once you have placed your order you will immediately receive a confirmation email and once your product has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 2 days of receiving the order confirmation, please contact us via the contact form.
Can I track my package?
Of course! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking link.
Where will my package be sent from?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase in our webshop. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it under the following conditions:
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The product should be placed in the original packaging must be returned and must not be opened and show no signs of use. If the product does not meet these conditions, we cannot accept the return. Nail cosmetics are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if the seal is broken after delivery.
Returns process
To return a product, you must complete the return form completely and enclose it with your return shipment. The return will not be processed without a return form. The product must be returned with a track & trace shipment and you must email the code to info@glamnailsprofessional.nl , so that you can always prove that the product has been shipped and we can accept it at our warehouse. We are not liable for lost/damaged items.

Refund
When we have received the returned products in the above condition, we will refund the purchase amount including any shipping costs paid to your account within 14 working days. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. If a package is refused or is not collected from a service point, this will also incur return costs that will be deducted from the total refund. These return costs differ per country, so make sure you accept your package properly or pick it up at a post office/service point.
Guarantee
The legal warranty applies to all products in our webshop. This means that the product must meet the expectations you have of it. If a product does not meet these expectations, you can contact us and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
