Where is my order?
See here how the complete process looks after placing an order.
- Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox with more information about the delivery.
- Your order is loaded into our shipping partner's software. Here it is checked if all details are filled in correctly (Google maps). If we see an error message, our customer service will immediately contact you to correct the details with you. In 9 out of 10 cases, this is a missing house number.
- Your items are carefully picked and packed by our warehouse staff.
- Once the shipping label is printed, the order is considered "processed". It now only waits for processing/pickup by one of our shipping partners. Once the label is printed, you will automatically receive the tracking link in your inbox.
- After pickup, the package is delivered to you by our shipping partners via the fastest and most environmentally friendly route.
Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation with an estimated delivery date.
If your package is marked as delivered according to the tracking information, but it has not yet arrived, please check via the tracking information if it was delivered to your neighbors or a parcel point.
If this is not the case and the shipping status has not changed for five days, please contact our customer care team. We will then contact the shipping partner to quickly find out where your order is. Before these five days have passed, the shipping partners do not accept investigations of "lost" packages. So please be patient, often they pick up the actual delivery during these days in case of delays.
When will my order be shipped?
Once the payment has been processed, we will handle your order within a maximum of 24 hours on business days and hand it over to one of the carriers.
Will I receive a tracking code?
Yes, once your order has been shipped by us, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and a tracking link.
Via this tracking link, you will enter our Sendcloud tracking portal, where you can carefully follow the status of your order. You can also copy the tracking code and follow your package accurately and receive notifications on the respective carrier's site or app.
According to the tracking, my package should have been delivered, but it hasn't! How can that be?
We have experienced that some couriers forget to leave a 'pickup message'.
In most cases, the shipment is at your local post office or has been delivered to one of your neighbors.
It is also common for it to be delivered within 5 days. This may be due to internal delays. It rarely happens that your package gets "lost". So please be patient for a few more days.
If you do not receive any updates via tracking within a few days, please contact our customer care.
There is a missing item in my package. Why is that?
In exceptional cases, it can happen that a product is missing. It is possible that a packer made a mistake. It could also be that the package arrived damaged and perhaps a product got lost during transportation.
Please contact our Customer Care team in both cases, and we will resolve this as soon as possible.
Are shipping costs charged?
Worldwide FREE shipping from €40/$40. Below this amount, we charge €4.95/$4.95 shipping costs.
The costs are calculated based on the value in your shopping cart. Digital gift cards do not count towards the required minimum order amount, as they are essentially sent to your mailbox for free. The calculation takes place after deducting all discounts.
Where can I track my order?
Once we have handed over your order to our shipping service, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us via email.
In this email, you will find your tracking number, which allows you to track your shipment at any time in our systems or directly on the shipping service's website.

What if the delivery attempt fails?
No worries, you can always see via the tracking information if your package, for example, was delivered to the neighbors or a post office.
All updates about this can be found on the track & trace page. If you see that the package is being returned to us, please contact us, and we will gladly see if we can deliver the package to you again for free.
