Do I need a customer account?
You can create a customer account to view all orders at a glance.
Of course, you can also order from us as a guest without a customer account.
How do I create a customer account?
To create a customer account, you must first click on the person icon at the top of the page and then enter your email; you will then receive a verification code in your inbox. Log in and then fill in all the fields in the profile. Then confirm this information.
In your customer account, you always have the option to view, change, or add to your information and see your orders at a glance.
How do I change my personal details, email address, or delivery address?
Most information can be changed by yourself in the customer account under "profile". However, this only applies to future orders. You can also add alternative addresses there.
Delivery addresses for already placed orders can only be changed by us, depending on the order status (only as long as the order has not yet been processed).
If you accidentally used the wrong email for an order, we can change it for you.
My order is not in the user account, how can this be?
You may have ordered with a different email. We can merge the order with the wrong email address with the correct email address for you.
How can I change the password?
You do not need a password with us. Our login works based on an authentication email containing your login code. This code is different for each login to protect your data extra well.
