You may have entered an incorrect email address or there were connection problems in the ordering process.
Sometimes it also happens that this email ends up in spam.
Please also note that it may take up to 24 hours to receive confirmation.
If there is nothing there and the confirmation has not reached you after 24 hours, please contact our customer care and we will resend the confirmation to you.
An order can only be changed if it has not yet been processed/shipped.
Contact our customer care quickly and they will see if this is still possible.
Your order will be transferred to our warehouse immediately after completion of the payment process and can therefore often no longer be changed.
Only a complete cancellation and the change of the billing/delivery address are possible depending on the shipping status. Please contact us as soon as possible.
If an order is already in the packing or shipping process, it cannot be changed at all. Unfortunately, we can no longer carry out a cancellation or change of address.
Guest order
If you order as a guest, you will receive an order confirmation by email after placing the order. This lists all ordered items. Unfortunately, access directly via our account page is not possible.
Customer account
As soon as you have placed an order, you will of course first receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
You will also find your complete order history in your customer account under the item "My orders".
Not logged in
If you have placed an order without being logged in to your customer account, it will be treated as a guest order.
